Zhermack Zetaplus Soft Putty + Light + Activator II – C100740

Zhermack Zetaplus Soft Putty is a polysiloxane (condensation silicone) impression material designed for precise and reliable dental impressions. Its soft-to-mix consistency and elastic setting behavior make it suitable for a wide range of clinical situations, with particular recommendation for the single-stage impression technique.

The system offers an excellent balance between rigidity and elasticity, an ideal working and setting time ratio, and high flowability of wash materials for accurate detail reproduction. Putty and wash materials use the same catalyst, simplifying clinical procedures.

Application

• Zetaplus: Polysiloxane for the first impression, characterized by initial flow during the working phase and high rigidity after hardening. Recommended for the two-stage (double impression) technique.
• Zetaplus Soft: Polysiloxane for the first impression with initial flow during working and adequate elasticity upon removal from the oral cavity. Recommended for the two-stage (double impression) technique.
• Oranwash VL: Low-viscosity, extremely fluid, hydrocompatible polysiloxane. Recommended for the two-stage (double impression) technique.
• Oranwash L: Low-viscosity, extremely fluid, hydrocompatible polysiloxane. Recommended for the two-stage (double impression) technique.
• Thixoflex M: Low-viscosity, thixotropic, hydrocompatible polysiloxane. Does not drip when injected directly onto the preparation, yet flows easily. Recommended for two-stage, single-phase (simultaneous) techniques and for relining removable prostheses.

Directions for Use

Dosage:
Use the measuring spoon to dose the required quantity of Zetaplus and spread it over your hand. For correct dosage, the putty should be level with the top of the measuring scoop. Press the rim of the measuring scoop onto the putty once for each measure dosed. For each scoop, apply two strips of Zhermack Indurent Gel, each approximately 4 cm long. When using Zhermack Indurent Liquid, add 5–6 drops of hardening liquid per scoop of putty.

Mixing:
Fold and knead the putty energetically with your fingertips for approximately 30 seconds until a uniform, streak-free color is obtained. Spread the mixed putty onto the impression tray. The total working time, including mixing, is approximately 1 minute 15 seconds. Insert into the mouth and allow it to set for about 3 minutes 15 seconds.
