Zhermack Occlufast Rock is a high-performance bite registration material based on vinylpolysiloxane (addition silicone), specifically developed for accurate and stable bite registrations. Its imperceptible consistency ensures maximum patient comfort while allowing the patient to close naturally without altering mandibular position.

The material achieves a very high final hardness, enabling easy trimming and milling while preventing compression and incorrect repositioning. Occlufast Rock is easy to place, highly precise, and ideal for demanding clinical situations including gnathologic evaluations and orthodontic applications.

Directions for Use

Device preparation:
Assemble the dispenser device. Before attaching the mixing tip, apply light pressure to the dispenser lever to ensure that both base and catalyst flow evenly. Extrude and discard a small amount of material.

Attach the mixing tip and, if required, the intraoral tip. Apply Occlufast Rock using the desired technique (occlusal or buccal).

If using the occlusal technique, extrude the material directly onto the teeth and ask the patient to bite. Due to its thixotropic properties, the material does not drip and allows excellent control during positioning.
