G-Graft is a bone graft substitute made from natural, low-crystalline hydroxyapatite combined with collagen. It is designed to closely mimic the natural bone structure, featuring a naturally occurring trabecular pattern that supports bone repair and regeneration.

Traditionally, bone grafting is performed using autologous bone harvested from the iliac crest, which remains the gold standard but involves additional surgery, increased operating time, and donor-site morbidity. To overcome these limitations, Surgiwear has developed G-Graft, a xenograft solution that eliminates the need for a second surgical site while providing reliable bone replenishment.

G-Graft is available in various forms such as granules, dowels, and blocks. The graft can be easily shaped using a Gigli saw or bone nibblers to suit different clinical requirements. It is suitable for bone repair, replenishment, and even use in weight-bearing areas.
