Meta Biomed Biner LC – Light Curing Type Cavity Liner

Meta Biomed Biner LC is a light-cured, fluoride-releasing, radiopaque cavity liner and base material specially formulated for use with adhesive systems, composite resins, and conventional restorative materials. It is designed to provide effective pulp protection and reliable bonding performance.

Biner LC contains hydroxy calcium phosphate dispersed in a urethane dimethacrylate resin. It chemically bonds to adhesive primers, composites, and other resin-based materials, while also achieving micromechanical bonding to dentin for enhanced retention and durability.

Indications

  • Protection of the dental pulp
  • Lining under all types of filling materials
  • Provides protection when applying the total-etch technique

Contraindications

  • Should not be used in patients known to be allergic to methacrylate resins

Instructions for Use

  • Isolate the prepared tooth and gently air dry
  • Place a disposable tip securely onto the Biner LC syringe
  • Apply Biner LC to the dentin in increments
  • Remove material from enamel margins and light cure for 40 seconds (depending on the curing unit)
  • Apply bonding system to enamel and light cure
  • Continue with composite layering until the cavity is fully restored
