Coltene Tray Adhesive
Coltene Tray Adhesive is a universal adhesive designed for silicone-based dental impression materials. A thin, uniform layer ensures secure adhesion of the impression material to the impression tray, preventing separation or detachment during removal from the mouth.
This adhesive acts as a reliable bonding agent between the impression material and the tray, improving impression accuracy and clinical reliability. Its fast-setting and easy-to-apply formulation makes it suitable for routine dental practice.

Direction to Use :
- Step 1: Select and prepare a suitable impression tray. Trial fit the tray to ensure proper fit and extension.
- Step 2: Rinse the tray thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.
- Step 3: Apply a thin layer of Coltene Tray Adhesive to the tray surfaces that will be covered with impression material. Allow to air dry for at least 5 minutes and no longer than 30 minutes. Reapply if more than 30 minutes have elapsed.
- Technique Tip: Avoid applying excess adhesive. A thicker layer does not improve retention and may compromise adhesion.
- Step 4: Mix and load the selected impression material directly into the coated tray according to the impression material instructions.
