STEP 1: Select and/or prepare a suitable tray. Prior to application of Tray Adhesive, trial fit tray for proper fit and extension.

STEP 2: After proper fit is assured, rinse and thoroughly dry tray.

STEP 3: Brush a thin layer of Tray Adhesive onto the tray surfaces that will be covered with impression material and allow to air dry for at least five minutes, but no more than 30 minutes. Repeat application if greater than 30 minutes have elapsed.

Directions for Use:

  • Step 1: Select and prepare a suitable tray. Trial fit to ensure proper fit and extension before applying adhesive.
  • Step 2: Rinse and thoroughly dry the tray.
  • Step 3: Brush a thin layer of tray adhesive onto tray surfaces that will contact the impression material. Allow to air dry for at least 5 minutes, but no longer than 30 minutes. Reapply if more than 30 minutes have passed.
    Technique Tip: Avoid applying excess adhesive. A thicker layer does not improve retention and may reduce effectiveness.
  • Step 4: Mix and place the selected tray-viscosity VPS impression material into the coated tray according to the impression material instructions.
