SuperEndo Super Fiber Post Kit is a high-performance glass fiber post system designed to provide excellent bonding strength, optimal aesthetics, and long-term clinical reliability. The posts are silane-treated to enhance adhesion, while their high transparency allows superior light transmission, making them ideal for dual-cure cementation.

The fiber posts exhibit an elastic modulus similar to dentin, enabling effective absorption of occlusal and external forces. This helps reduce stress concentration within the root and minimizes the risk of root fracture. The material is anti-corrosive, biocompatible, and has successfully passed biosafety tests, ensuring safety for both tooth structure and surrounding gingival tissues.

Direction to Use :

• Prepare the post space using the corresponding dedicated drill
• Trial-fit the fiber post and determine the required length
• Etch and rinse the canal and coronal tooth structure
• Apply adhesive to the prepared surfaces
• Place dual-cure resin cement and insert the fiber post
• Proceed with core build-up and final tooth preparation
• Ensure posts are aligned with centric cusps

• When is a post and core needed?
  In cases of extensive crown loss, reduced retention form, cervical fracture risk, gross discoloration, or loss of two proximal surfaces with favorable periodontal and periapical conditions.
• Which cement is preferred?
  Self-adhesive resin cements are preferred due to superior bond strength compared to conventional luting cements.
• When should fiber posts be used?
  In esthetic zones, in trauma-prone patients, and when sufficient coronal tooth structure remains to develop a 1.5–2 mm ferrule.
