Zhermack Gingifast Rigid is a laboratory A-silicone material specifically developed for gingival reproduction on dental models. This rigid-type polyvinylsiloxane is indicated for the direct technique and is widely regarded as a top solution in implant prosthetics.

The reproduced gingiva accurately simulates the conditioning of gingival tissue, enabling precise determination of cervical contours and the emergence profile of implant-supported prostheses. Thanks to its balanced hardness, Gingifast Rigid can be easily finished and worked with burs.

Direction to Use :

• Define the gingival area directly on the impression using a wax border
• Apply Separator evenly on the selected surface and allow it to dry completely
• Insert the Gingifast cartridge into the dispenser and attach the mixing and fine tips
• For improved flow, cut the end of the fine tip if required
• Inject slowly using steady pressure; working time is approximately 2 minutes at 23°C (73°F)
• Allow a minimum of 10 minutes for complete setting at 23°C (73°F)
• Create the model using plaster, polyurethane resin, or similar materials (no insulation required)
• Remove the impression and carefully detach the reproduced gingiva
• Finish using well-sharpened cutting tools or a knife suitable for soft materials
