VENUS V-4400 Flat Fold Respirator (NIOSH Approved)

VENUS V-4400 Flat Fold Respirator is a NIOSH-approved filtering facepiece respirator designed to provide reliable protection, superior comfort, and an optimal facial fit. It features advanced Micro Fine Filter technology that effectively protects against respirable suspended particulate matter (RSPM) down to 0.3 micron.

The V-4400 series includes VENUS V4400, V44++, V44+, and Dhul Rakshak V404 respirators. These fold-flat respirators are available in C-style and V-style designs and are constructed with multiple protective layers, including a pre-filter, fine filter, and skin comfort layer.

VENUS V-4400 respirators are equipped with a unique fit adjuster for enhanced protection and comfort. The dotted pattern edges provide a soft feel, while latex-free knitted textile elastics ensure durability, skin-friendliness, and resistance to deformation at high temperatures. An embedded nose clip ensures a secure fit without metal exposure or loose parts.

Indications

Directions for Use

• Failure to follow instructions or improper use may reduce respirator effectiveness and cause serious health risks
• Users must be trained by the employer according to applicable safety and health standards
• Use only when the type and concentration of hazardous substances are known
• Do not use in non-ventilated areas, mines, canals, or explosive atmospheres
• Replace the respirator if damaged, breathing becomes difficult, or discomfort occurs
• Never alter or modify the respirator

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store respirators in sealed packaging until use
• Protect from climatic hazards and mechanical damage during transport
• Shelf life: 60 months from the date of manufacture
• Recommended storage conditions: -50°C to +50°C, humidity not exceeding 80%
• Date of manufacture is mentioned on the respirator pack

Limitations

• Not suitable for protection against gases or vapors
• Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 17% oxygen
• Do not use with facial hair that interferes with mask seal
• Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH)
