Voco Individo Lux is a light-curing resin system supplied as contoured plates, specifically designed for the fabrication of individual impression and functional trays. The transparent blue maxillae plates enable precise adaptation and economical processing, making them ideal for a wide range of prosthodontic applications.
Individo Lux remains pliable under artificial and natural light, allowing relaxed and accurate handling. Once positioned, it cures rapidly under standard halogen or UV light. Its transparency supports exact modelling and customization, while the pleasant mint flavour ensures a comfortable working experience.

Direction to Use :
- Allow Individo Lux to reach room temperature before use
- Mark tray margins on the plaster model; apply space maintainer if required
- If no space maintainer is used, insulate the plaster model
- Remove protective foil and mould the plate onto the model
- Shape and trim the desired rim; excess material may be used to form a handle
- Polymerise on the model using a halogen or UV light unit
- Polymerise the reverse side for 3–5 minutes depending on tray thickness
- Extend curing time if improved physical properties are desired
- The custom tray is ready for immediate use or further processing
- Remove any inhibition layer with an alcohol-moistened tissue if present
