GC Fuji II LC Capsules A2 are radiopaque, light-cured, reinforced glass ionomer restorative materials presented in convenient pre-dosed capsules. As the first light-cured glass ionomer filling restorative in capsule form, Fuji II LC enhances the traditional benefits of glass ionomers by offering superior strength, improved esthetics, and easier handling.

With smaller particle size and high filler loading, GC Fuji II LC delivers excellent polishability, enhanced abrasion resistance, and reliable long-term performance. Its strontium-based glass formulation ensures good radiopacity for accurate post-operative diagnosis, while high fluoride release helps protect against secondary caries.

Indications

• Class III and Class V restorations
• Root surface caries and cervical erosion
• Abfraction lesions
• Lesions with cavity margins in dentine
• Situations where enamel prisms cannot be properly etched

Directions for Use

• Condition the tooth surface with GC Cavity Conditioner (20% polyacrylic acid)
• Mix the GC Fuji II LC Capsule according to instructions and place into the cavity
• Contour the restoration and place a matrix if required during working time
• Light cure for 20 seconds
• Carry out final finishing under water spray immediately after light curing
• Apply GC Fuji Coat LC or G-Coat PLUS as a final protective coating to enhance wear resistance

• Mixing time: 10 seconds
• Working time: 3 minutes 45 seconds
• Finishing begins: 20 seconds from start of mix
